Krone

Big M is a high-capacity mower conditioner that works at widths of 13.20 m. The Big X precision-chop forage harvester is now the world’s most powerful forage harvester. Krone markets Big X in various power bands that range from 500 hp to more than 1,000 hp.

Amazone

AMAZONE is the specialist for fertiliser spreaders, seed drills, powered (rotary cultivators and rotary harrows) and non-powered soil cultivation (compact disc harrows, mulch cultivators & tine and disc cultivators), precision air seeders and crop protection sprayers. In addition, AMAZONE has, for many years offered a comprehensive range of machinery for the maintenance of parks and lawns, using either the Profihopper or Groundkeeper for scarifying and leaf collection, and spreaders for top-dressing and winter road salt spreading.

These days, with the comprehensive range of trailed drills and cultivation equipment, the main customers of AMAZONE machinery are now not just medium-sized farms but also large estates and contractors.

Abbey Machinery

Abbey Machinery is one of Ireland’s largest and most respected manufacturers of agricultural equipment. Abbey Machinery was established by the Cavanagh family in 1947, a family which has a tradition in agricultural engineering dating back to the 19th Century.

The Cavanagh family started a very successful foundry business in Abbey Lane, Nenagh over 110 years ago.

Alfco Engineering

Alfco Farm Services were established in 1978 primarily to supply and install milking feeding and slurry handling equipment. In 1989 the company setup a sister company Alfco engineering which has successfully developed a range of products including automatic scrapers, Drafting, Manager and Baling Systems.

The Nugent Story started over 25 years ago when Sean Nugent, a county Tyrone farmer decided to manufacture his own cattle crush to cope with the demands of the Irish breeds of livestock. From these humble beginnings, today Nugent Engineering is at the cutting edge of agricultural equipment design with an extensive and flexible range of cattle Silage handling equipment.
